How to cleanse your whole body naturally?

I have trouble with energy lately. I wake up and I’m still tired. Although, doctors that I have seen said the same thing; nothing is wrong. My friend’s mother suggested that I do a natural whole body cleanse; but how? I have seen many products claiming that they can help you people get back the energy they’ve once had and lose weight along with it. Can you tell me the best daily diet regimen to cleanse the whole body, lose weight, and weight management after losing the pounds?

Your whole body, liver, kidneys, skin, guts etc. is a natural purifying system – body cleanses will not make you feel better beyond the placebo effect, which to be fair does seem to work to some degree – if you believe in it that is.

What should help is to have regular sleeping and waking times with a full night of sleep. Also eat varied and healthily and try to incorporate 6 pcs. of fruits or vegetable in your daily diet and make sure to drink enough water. Daily exercise will also help you feeling more energetic.

I’ve found that the easiest and most reliable way to loose weight is to eat healthily and sensibly – and count calories. Look up your basic calorie consumption online – there are free programs that will calculate this for you based on your gender, height, weight and age and based on this eat and drink 500-1000 less calories a day than you burn naturally.

    Example:
Say your basic calorie consumption is 2000 calorie/day
This means that if you do nothing, but sit in front of the TV all day, you can eat 1000-1500 calories that day and still loose weight.

If you jump on your exercise bike for an hour and burn 600 calories, then you can eat 1600-2100 calories that day and still loose weight.

It’s not rocket science and the calorie counting can be a good motivation. If you know that those cookies are 400 calories, then are they really worth that 1 1/2 hour walk, you’d have to take to burn off those 400 calories? :)

eat foods with fiber, like apples with the peel on or baked potato with the skin. drink lots of water. if you eat and drink right, your body will take care of the rest. if you eat a well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get daily exercise and enough sleep, you should have the energy. this time change makes me sleepy in the evening, but I have loads of energy in the morning to go for a long walk.
